AT YOUR DISPOSAL

As there is going to be a long time without class, I offer myself to be at the School on Wednesday May the 8th from 11:30 to 13:30 at the laboratory to answer your questions & doubts (is not a revision of the marks).

The condition is to bring your work in paper format (A2 Salubrity + A2 HVAC) for the preparation of the exhibition panels.

Please e-mail me if you intend to come, and the approximate time you will attend.

CALENDAR REFORM

Take note that there was a missing date (next Thursday April the 25th) in the previous version of the calendar;

as for May the 9th it is not clear that we can have class; it will be announced in due time.

HANDOVER: 2.2 HEATING & VENTILATION

As for the Hydronic Heating do it just to serve the Dwellings in your building, as we will use AC for offices and other big collective rooms

MUST INCLUDE:

- A report explaining & justifying your solution (in just one A-4 format).

- Preliminary sketches of the whole solution.

- Calculations of Demands & Dimensioning at least for an homogeneous zone.

- Constructive Plans & Details for the dwellings, with sufficient detail as to show the possibility to build it.

- Must include the coordination with the rest of spaces & structural elements; done upon the building´s plans (grayed).

- You can always change & improve your previous work, modifying parts of your building if necessary.

- Before class time, in just one pdf, and in landscape orientation please.

CLASS TIME: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

- We will begin with the explanation of those topics.

- Don´t forget to bring your A3 Canvas to work afterwards.

If nothing else happens:

1st EXERCISE: Salubrity

-At 12:15 we will begin with the (compulsory) exercise for the 1st part :"Salubrity" that is going to last for about one hour.
-Doing it in English is optional.

-It would be about concepts & drawings derived from classes & personal work.

-No documentation is to be used. 
-Bring drawing material with you (color pens, etc.).
-Bring an A3 copy of the canvas of your proposal.

- After the exercise we will continue with the second part of the course "VHAC Systems", in a class dedicated to:

-1º With an Introductory explanation

-2º Personal work; bring another A3 copy of the canvas of your proposal.
