CONFERENCE: 

- After the first two hours dedicated to the Heating Facility, we will attend a conference (in Spanish) about  "Air Curtains and other conditioning devices"  (attendance to conferences is very advisable as there is going to be questions about these topics posed in the exercises).

MARKS: 

- Here are the marks for the first part of the course; take it as an orientation & stimulus. You can always improve these works at the final submission. 

FOR NEXT TURSHDAY 19 / APRIL / 2012

HANDOVER: 2.1 VENTILATION

INCLUDING:

- A report explaining & justifying your solution (in just one A-4 format).

- Preliminary sketches of the whole solution.

- Constructive Plans & Details for the garages & storage rooms, with the sufficient detail as to show the possibility to build it.

- Must include the coordination  with the rest of spaces upon the building´s plans (grayed).

- A sample of the calculations one for garages, and another for dwellings (each in just one A-4 format).

- You can always change & improve your previous work, modifying parts of your building if necessary.

- Before class time, in one pdf, and in landscape orientation please.

FOR NEXT THURSDAY 12 / APRIL /2012

CALENDAR

- Remember that due to the week for traveling, and the holidays afterwards, it has been possible to delay, or complete, this handover until the 12th of April.
- Before class time, in one pdf, and in landscape orientation please.

- On that very date it is going to take place de Exercise for the 1st part :"Salubrity".
- After that we will continue with the normal class (remember to bring a copy A3 of the canvas of your proposal)

- Please note that the marks for this part will be released on April the 26th

HANDOVER: 1.3 Drainage

INCLUDING:

- A report explaining & justifying your solution (in just one A-4 format).

- Preliminary sketches of the whole solution.
- Constructive Plans & Details of a significative part of your proposal (like for example a bathroom), with the sufficient detail for you to show the possibility to build it.

- Must include the coordinated Drainage Facility (in green& brown) with Hot Water (in orange& yellow) and Cold Water (in blue) facilities with the rest of spaces upon the building´s plans (grayed).

- A sample of the calculations (in just one A-4 format).

- You can always change & improve your previous work, modifying parts of your building if necessary.
- It would count positively the means arranged in order to save energy and water resources.

1st EXERCISE: Salubrity

- At 12:15 will begin the (compulsory) exercise that is going to last for about one hour.

-It would be about concepts & drawings derived from classes and conferences.

-No documentation is to be used. 
-Bring drawing material with you (color pens, etc.).
-Bring another A3 copy of the canvas of your proposal.
